This is a beautiful dress!

This is a beautiful dress! However there were some tailoring flaws! The clear line that is used to make the dress appear as it is ruffled was coming out of the dress. I found myself trying to cut and tie the pieces together. One side of the dress was way more curly than the other other side. But we pulled it off. The color was beautiful.and my daughter recieved many compliments.
